Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns/exchanges on cosmetics, skincare, jewellery, and intimate wear.

All returns are made in the form of store credit or a gift certificate (no cash or card returns).

Returns and exchanges can only be made within 7 days of purchase.

Returns can only be made with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
